Hello friends! As you know, I've been trying to dedicate this year to getting to know myself, to make decisions for myself that are healthy and loving, and to just become a better person in general. I recently went and walked around Target (and only spent $27 - personal victory), and I found the book 52 Lists for Happiness by Moorea Seal. I knew about her original book, The 52 Lists Project, and I had wanted to pick it up in the beginning of an upcoming year, but the one on happiness just spoke to me.
You've probably figured out that I've abandoned my Bible in a Year posts. To be honest, there was so much that went into every one of those posts, it became more exhausting than enjoyable. I spent hours writing them, and when the content wasn't that exciting, or there was just a lot I got out of them, it grew tiring pretty quickly (hence the reason there are only three).
So, I thought I'd start sharing these lists once a week instead. They're easier and lighter, and can hopefully bring some happiness to you too. Feel free to leave your own lists in the comments, tag them on social media as #52HappyLists, and also tag me! I'd love to see what makes you happy! If you're interested in purchasing this book, you can find it on Amazon and at Target, as well as any place that sells books (probably).
